Meet Our Founder

Kashif Anwar

Founder - Principal Consultant

Kashif is a finance executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in driving business performance and value creation. Specializing in finance transformation, corporate finance, M&A, and process optimization, he founded Starling Consulting to help organizations achieve financial excellence.

He has served as an Interim CFO for a private equity portfolio company, led corporate finance initiatives at Bloomberg, and managed client engagements at Deloitte and EY. With a track record of delivering hundreds of millions in cost savings and revenue growth, Kashif excels at providing actionable financial insights, leading cross-functional teams, and driving impactful results. Renowned for his ability to “get things done,” he is a trusted partner in financial and operational excellence.

Kashif holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He has also participated in leadership development programs including at the Wharton School and taken various professional development courses including data analytics from MIT.
